We have a range of recorded online learning modules including: stress reduction techniques, managing change, and coping with exam anxiety. These recordings offer the same tips, techniques and support available in an in-person workshop, allowing students to go at their own pace and access these materials from anywhere!
As a University of Southampton student, you also have free access to online learning via LinkedIn Learning, which contains a vast range of videos about various topics including, wellbeing, sleep and study.

This workshop was really helpful. I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and will definitely be using some of the techniques we covered.
